My Fitbit Alta has not been syncing, I've tried all of the suggested fixes nothing has worked,band I'm getting very frustrated. Any one have the same issue, and know how to fix it?????

Was one of the suggested fixes you tried a restart of the Alta using the following procedure?

If so, how many times did you try it? It's known to not always work and it's recommended to try it at least 3 times.

Yes, I did restart several times, I finally called customer service, they
helped me it took several times of re doing to get my device to sync and
had to put it on my tablet, so will try to put back on my phone another
time.

Sorry to hear that, I finally called customer service, they helped me to re
sync, but had to use my tablet, but still not working very well, it's
frustrating not having the Fitbit working like it should!!

Go on Fitbit home page & all the info is there.I used the chat to resolve my problem.
