Android v Ios Apps - Difference in how sleep data is presented back

Hi,

I have both an Apple and an Andoid device and have the fitbit app on both.

One thing I've noticed is on the Android app, if you look at sleep for the past year - it gives you the monthly totals. This isn't very useful, because some months have more nights than others. So getting 199 hours sleep in February is less in total than 200 hours sleep in January, but because January has three nights less - you've actually slept better on average in February.

Is there some setting that I'm not aware of that I can change on my android device to get the more useful average per night, rather than the totals.

Also, if you forgot to wear it for a couple of nights with the android - it totally skews the data.

I've attached some pics to illustrate.

Grateful for any help on this. Thanks.

@BryanCork Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with your sleep graphs. This is odd but thank you so much for sharing screenshots to illustrate this situation. Please log out from both apps, restart the devices and log back in. On Android you could also clear the app's cache by going to settings > apps > Fitbit > clear cache.

After this please try viewing the sleep data again. Also for comparison you could access your account via the website at fitbit.com.

Let me know how it goes.

Hi there

I followed your instructions, but it doesnt seem to have made any
difference. The android app still gives totals rather than averages.

Any other ideas?
