Hi,
app suddenly started crashing on start...I cannot do anything, dashboard does not show up at all.
I tried uninstalling it, reinstalling it, restarting phone, etc. but nothing is helping.
I can get it to work imediately after fresh install, but as soon as I go enywhere from dashboard and return it crashes.
Phone is HTC Desire 820, Android is 6.0.1, Fitbit 2.32
Any suggestions?
Best regards,
Ros

Wonderful troubleshooting Ros
If not already done, when desired feel free clearing the fitbit app (cache) on the phone.

It's nice to see you around the Community @rrosic ! I recommend logging out of the Fitbit app for Android and then logging back in and giving it another try. If the crash continues, please send me a screenshot of what you're seeing and also step-by-step instructions of how you're able to reproduce it. Also, make sure that your Fitbit app is up-to-date. Thanks in advance!
Thanks for helping out my friend @SunsetRunner!

Hi,
i tried many things reinstalling, clearing cache, data...and nothing helpled at the time, app would crash as soon as i start it.
Two or three days ago app started working again almost normally. Yay!
I experienced several "light" craches (before the incident there were none). I call them "light" because after them I could restart app normally again (just by tapping icon).
But trere are problems still. I think there is something in the data (I suspect your new Adventures feature) that causes it to crash. When I swipe left to see data from previous days and I go few days back, it craches "hard". To recover from hard crash I have to delete data and cache. Otherwise I cannot even start app. Widgets also stop working normally in "hard" crash.
Best regards,
Ros

Hmmmm...this is very strange @rrosic. I haven't heard this issue yet around the Community, so I'd recommend getting in touch with Customer Support so they can do a deeper investigation to see where the issue is coming from.
Thanks for bringing this issue to my attention, as soon as you get a response from them don't forget to share it here so other users can see it and be aware.
Have a nice Thursday my friend!
