I recently changed mobiles from a Samsung to an Oppo but now can't get the Fitbit app to work.  Once installed, I try to login and it tells me "Fitbit.com is down for maintenance".  Is it possible that this android phone isn't compatible with the app?

There are some Oppo phones that are supported and show on the list, you can check them out in here.

 

If you do find it there, please answer these questions:

  • Are you connecting from WiFi or from a data plan?
  • Do you have your Samsung phone with you to try and use the app there too at the same time?
