@Dalelass@KristaKissinger- It would be helpful if you could post which Fitbit tracker you have, and which phone you are using to sync the tracker.
Best AnswerI am having the same problem, I am using the Android app for my Moto X Pure. My Charge 2 HR will stop syncing and I have to go into my Bluetooth settings on my phone turn Bluetooth off and on again for the devices to start working together. I have done this at least 3 times in 4 months.
