App interval starts on Move charge 3 starts on rest

I have been doing intervals of equal length up until this week so have not noticed this issue before until this week when I have increased the move portion of the interval.

The app starts with a period of rest which to me is the wrong way round it also doesn't match the charge 3 which starts with move.  This means when you set this up on the app the move and interval durations are the wrong way round on the charge 3.  App 3.18 charge 3 28.20001.63.5

@PJbuddie, it's a known problem with the Charge 3, but so far fitbit have failed to fix it and with the release of the Charge 4 I doubt they ever will.

The problem is the same with the charge 4 so i think the fix is needed on the report in the app
