Almost two hours into setting up my Versa the app was still circling even though the Fitbit was ready and the progress bar on my phone was finished so I exited out of it thinking it was a glitch. Now I can't go into the app without it trying to set it up again and I'm afraid to uninstall and reinstall it in case my info gets lost. Any work around for this? I have an S9 Plus.

@Virgo792211 Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear about your difficulties setting up your Versa. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. Now retry the setup process.
