Hi, for a couple of days the app shows zero steps and calories even though the website/device gives the correct number. Ive:

Deleted and re-installed the app

Logged out and back in a few times

Repaired my

fitbit

 

Steps are displayed for a few seconds before reverting back to zero 

 

Any ideas what to do?

This seems to be a known bug at the moment. Keep an eye on the following thread which has the latest updates from fitbit:
