Updated app, still not working, whats the point having a fitbit app if it doesn't work, my charge 2 will very soon be in the bin with the rest of the rubbish

Best AnswerMoto X4 with an ionic. Sync stopped right after the update. Tried forgetting the Ionic in the App, doing a factory reset on the ionic and starting over. Got one good sync after re-pairing and then everything stopped again. App keeps showing bluetooth errors.
Its a sony experia xz, phone charge 2 watch, and the fit bit app only showing cals, but not botherd have chucked the fit bit watch!
