App not working even after update

 Updated app, still not working, whats the point having a fitbit app if it doesn't work, my charge 2 will very soon be in the bin with the rest of the rubbish

I'd like to ask what is happening. Could you go more in-depth into what issue is it that you are experiencing? What phone and Fitbit are you using? I'm sure that there is something I can help with.

Moto X4 with an ionic. Sync stopped right after the update. Tried forgetting the Ionic in the App, doing a factory reset on the ionic and starting over. Got one good sync after re-pairing and then everything stopped again. App keeps showing bluetooth errors.

Its a sony experia xz, phone charge 2 watch, and the fit bit app only showing cals, but not botherd have chucked the fit bit watch!
