Since my latest update with a Charge 5 (firmware a couple weeks ago, app update recently) certain tiles are not saving info and when selected they jut try to load and never do (prior to be restricting battery use).
Also- app is draining my battery even in restricted mode. 20% of my battery in restricted mode in 8 hours.
Suggestions? Running on Android 13

Hi @CmballardNE - first thing to try is to logout of the app and restart both phone and watch and sync and then monitor the situation again.

@CmballardNE- can you chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support, they may be able to help more.

@CmballardNE- chat is available 24/7, and to save phone battery try turning off Bluetooth. Obviously you won't be able to sync or get notifications, but it may improve the battery usage, if the restarts of both devices didn't.

You don't need the app to use the Fitbit device. Your device will still track your steps, heartrate and tell you the time. On my Android (Samsung) I added the Fitbit App to the list of apps that can never run in the background. I also disabled location permission in the Fitbit app and force stopped the app. And I keep bluetooth turned off unless I am driving. Once every couple of days I turn on bluetooth, open the app, allow location services and sync my device. Then turn everything off again. The Fitbit App is intrusive and I refuse to allow it to track me 24/7.
