Hello @J_F, good to see you have joined the Fitbit Community. If you are experiencing issues with MobileTrack make sure your phone is listed as compatible and support this feature. To see the latest list of supported devices, please go to http://www.fitbit.com/devices.
If your mobile device is compatible try to follow the steps from the following post, it might help you to reset the data of your app and restart your phone.
Once you set up MobileTrack, your phone should track your steps regardless of whether you're logged into the app.
