my scale register my data to the web, and i can see it when i log in on fitbit.com,
but when using the app, there is nothing, feels like it 2 separate accounts, using thr same username.

the small keyboard on the phone, made me repeat the same misspelling, looked like the right username.
So it was to different accounts. Even if I used the phone to add the scale, the scale ended up on the web-account.
A validation of the email domain, using a simple dns-lookup, could help prevent misspeled usernames.

Hey there @puggan It's good to see you in the Community! Sounds a little odd that you're information is not available from your Fitbit app but is showing in your online dashboard, I would recommend checking that your Fitbit app is updated to the latest version available.
Once you have checked that it is up to date, try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in, this should force your app to sync with your Fitbit.com account and display all your synced information.
