App won't work - White screen with logo

My app will no longer work after the most recent update; when I try to open it, it stays on the white screen with the Fitbit logo.   I've checked for a update and there isn't one available.

I have a Motorola G6 if that's relevant.

Y'all, I guess Fitbit's answer is just don't use your Fitbit.

I can't say for certain how long it's been going on, as I can't see when my last sync was because the app won't work.   It's been at least a week.

I'd already tried what you suggested, but just for fun, I tried it again.   This is the screen I (still) get.

This morning I got an email about my Fitbit Premium subscription coming due.  I'll have to cancel, as I've had so many issues the past three months.  I won't continue to pay for something that works intermittently.

I guess you don't have any other suggestions.   Now I keep receiving emails asking me to pick a 'best answer'.   🙄
