My  Badges seem to be displaying in a Weird order on my Android device.

They display as

Top Badges

  • Trail Shoe
  • New Zealand
  • Light House
  • Hot Air Balloon

Daily Steps

  • Classiscs
  • High Tops
  • Urban Boot
  • Sneakers
  • Boat Shoe

Daily Climb

  • Redwood Forest
  • Happy Hill

Lifetime Distance

  • London Underground
  • Penguin March
  • Marathon

Lifetime Climb

  • Helicopter

Weight Goal

Challenge

  • Goal Day 2016

Lifetime Distance

  • Serengeti

Lifetime Climb

  • Skydiver

Challenge

  • Vernal Falls
  • Valley Loop

Lifetime Distance

  • Italy

Challenge

  • Pohono Trail
  • Treasure Hunter

I'm wondering why there are multiple instances of Lifetime Distance, Lifetime Climb, and Challenge rather than all of the similar badges for each category being combined under 1 heading each?

I am running Android 6.0.1 with Fitbit 2.3.3 (2183029)

This is only occuring on my Android Device on my Windows 10 dashboard and the web dashboard they are organized by category nicely.

Hi @Eagle1! This is odd. Have you tried logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in? Also could you share a screenshot of this issue? Finally please let me know the phone you are using.

Looking forward to your reply!

Hi @AlvaroFitbit  I had restarted the phone multiple times, but never thought to log-out of the app and back in.  I did that and the badges are appearing correctly now on my Samsung Galaxy S7. I will mark your response as solution.

@Eagle1 Happy to hear that the issue was resolved by logging out from the app and thank you for posting an update as this may help other members in the same situation.
