Battery is charged but shows empty on dashboard

I'm having trouble with my synching. My Fitbit Charge HR battery is fully loaded, but when I put my bluetooth on (Huawai P9lite) it does not sync and a red empty battery shows on my phone. It worked perfectly till last week.

Same here.  Fully charged it yesterday and still shows as empty battery
