My watch is working but showing as not charged on the dashboard. Have just charged watch overnight as hadn't used it for 2 months. It seems to be not syncing. I've also logged out and back in and still nothing. Any ideas please?

@Sea22 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that your tracker isn't syncing. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

Once your tracker syncs the status will update on the app.

Let me know how it goes!

I am having the same issue with my Surge.  The watch charges and shows a full battery, but the Android app says there is a low battery and may be the reason it is not syncing.  It stopped working a week ago.

@marvannet, the battery status display on the app or on-line dashboard are only updated when the tracker is synced.  If your tracker is not synced, the battery display on the app and on-line dashboard will show the battery status as of the last time it was able to sync.
