I cannot for the life of me get notifications on my Blaze. Half the time it won't even sync with my s8+. I know it is on the supported devices. I have deleted and reinstalled the fitbit app. I have deleted the Blaze from my account and restarted the whole process. I am sorely disappointed. I thought I was moving up in the fitbit world. Can someone help?

Hi, @HeatherMadle! Have you checked your app permissions to make sure everything is turned on? I think allowing it access to your notifications is turned off by default.

I have been having the exact same problem. It connects just fine to the Blaze Classic (which is just for the music from your phone to be controlled on the fitbit) but mine has NEVER connected to receive calls, emails or text messages. I even has pressed the the Send a Test Notification in the Notification area, NEVER did it get a test run. I have also uninstalled reinstalled, reconnected when both the phone and fitbit show a special code number to confirm are you wanting to pair the devices. I do select yes for both but NEVER have a phone call text or email come through, The notifications on the fitbit always shows All Caught Up! No Notifications on the fitbit. Such a let down! The instructions that have been directed to me have not helped at all.
