Blaze stopped syncing

Over the last few days had issues with the app saying cannot find tracker. This is now an issue all the time.

Any advice?

I've tried switching Bluetooth on and off and restarting the device but no luck so far.

Welcome to the Forums @Rlch.

Thanks for trying to restart the Bluetooth and the Fitbit before posting in here.

In this case I'd like to recommend that you try to follow all of the steps listed in this help article. Some of them you have already tried but please try to go through all of them in order and see if that helps in any way.

In the meantime please let me know what phone is it that you are using and what Android version it is running. That'd definitely help in finding the best way to move forward.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

Hi,

I have a huawei p10 lite. I'm using version 8.0.0.

I know there are comments around huwaeis not being supported however have been using the blaze with no issues at all for over 2 months.

Thanks,
Becca

Hello @Rlch.

As you mentioned, this is happening because the P10 lite is not part of the supported devices list. This means that the app has not been fully optimized to work with that phone.

As long as it fulfills the minimum requirements, Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a possibility that it can work but we cannot guarantee it. This could also cause a situation were the phone was workign but then an update on the app or the phone caused it to stop working. Some users of unsupported devices have mentioned that following the I shares above works so please give them a chance if you have not.

If none of the above works, you could try to use a computer or another mobile device to try and sync your Fitbit to your account. Click here to get instructions on how to sync with other devices.

Let me know if you have any further questions.
