Blaze sync issue

Hi, I've been trying to sync my new blaze and I'm having no luck. My blue tooth on my phone keeps saying couldn't pair with blaze because of an incorrect pin or passkey. I'm using an Android app and on the blaze it says fitbit.com /setup that's all I've got any help would be appreciated

How are you trying to do the pairing? Fitbits are unusual in that the pairing has to be done via the fitbit app and not via the phone's bluetooth settings.
