Blaze won't pair with my phone

I have been using this for a week now and it has worked fine until today. My Blaze won't pair with my galaxy S6. I have tried both the blaze option, and the blaze classic but they don't work. I've tried resetting both devices multiple times, to no avail. Help!

@ChrisTegge, when you say pair, what provess are you useing?  What error are you getting? While the Blaze Classic can be paired, it only controls music on the phone.

Since the tracker has been working, i assune it is still setup to your account and that we have a sync issue, not a pair issue. I say this because the app is wgat does the actual pairing of tye tracker to the phone, you can not do it.

My apologies for the poor wording, my blaze will not talk to my phone. I tried connecting it with the app, and it keeps telling me to do the same three things. I have tried all three multiple times to no avail. It worked fine until yesterday, now it will not connect.

I started having this problem earlier this week too. I have the Galaxy S7 - upgraded the OS on my phone recently. I made the changes for the location permissions like the app told me too.

@ChrisTegge, what are the three things that it is telling you to do?

When you open the app to sync what happens?

Im trying to figure out if your tracker is still connected to your Fitbit account, it should be.

IE: are we trying to sync, or setup the tracker as a new device? You can not do the actual pairing to the phone, Fitbit does not allow this.

@talyhu31 may i ask what the problem is? You say it was working, until you upgraded the OS to what version? Is the 5racker still connected to your account?

I was trying to get the blaze to sync with the app, and it wouldn't talk to it for some reason. Whatever caused it, it works now...
