My phone says its synced to my Bluetooth my watch days its synced however my app says its not synced..... I'm not receiving any messages however i can controle my music?

I appreciate all the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced such connection difficulties and how many times since then? The reason why you're not receiving notifications but you're able to use the music control feature is because music control uses Bluetooth Classic and the other one not. That being said and in the meantime I receive your answers, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.
