Hello,
I accidentally deleted the fitbit from the Bluetooth options on my moto g and now my fitbit Charge HR will not appear and can not connect to my phone. I don't know how to either reset it or reconnect it. Can anyone help?

It's great to see that you've visited the Fitbit Community @RunnerGIRL76. You can reconnect your Fitbit Charge HR back to your existing account by setting it up as a replacement device. Rest assured, all your synced data won't be affected.

How do you set this back up on iPhone 7?  I accidentally "forgot my device" for my Fitbit Alta and now I cannot set it back up.

@ambs12 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! To set it back up on your iPhone 7; please follow the instructions given on this post.

 

Make sure to log out from the Fitbit app, reboot your phone, and log back in to the app first.
