After synching with the scale, the app shows the weight and BMI percentage in text form, but the graph shows BMI much higher because it is not taking the data from the scale, but instead is making its own calculation based on whatever "average BMI for height.weight/gender/age" table table is used. This is very frustrating since the reason I purchased the scale in the first place is to track BMI as my goal is to reach a specific BMI percentage and I expect to be able to see it on the graph. I must be missing a setting somewhere, can anyone help? Thanks!

The scale does not show you BMI, it shows you Body Fat Percentage. The app calculates BMI based on your weight from the scale and your height input. Those are two different values.
