When I receive a phone call it used to display who was calling, now it displays the same contact all the time. So if My husband is calling me it says my mum's calling me on the fitbit. It's happened 3 times now. And not just with my husband calling. But always says mum's calling.

Experiencing the same issue. This is very frustrating. The caller ID shows the same initial caller of the day throughout the day.
This has been going on for weeks now. Is there a recommended resolve?

Best AnswerI feel like I could have written this myself. I called when I wasn't receiving the full text message, we did some trouble shooting and then I was told it was a known issue and to give it a week or so. The whenever I received a call it gave me the same contact name regardless of who was calling. AND NOW I don't receive any notifications.
I am shopping for new phones and considering going with an apple product since FitBit doesn't seem to have the answers to known issues.
Best AnswerIf you are still experiencing problems, revert to an earlier release (2.90), as from what I have gathered, any releases after 2.90, has the problem in displaying SMS or correct caller ID.
HOw do you revert to the earlier release ? I just want this fixed. FITBIT Support says they ARE aware of the issue

Best AnswerI think you are right. Rolled out an "upgrade" before it was properly tested. I do think they are working on it. AND I think it is an issue between Fitbit and Android. Anyone with iPhone have a problem ?

Best AnswerHi - I am having the same issue and it just started recently this past week. Someone mentioned it was an issue with the latest updated. I've reported the problem and hope everyone does, too. Hopefully FitBit will get on this ASAP - very frustrating issue.
Best AnswerWho did you report the issue to? I am having the same issue. Usually it showed the same person (my mom) was calling anytime my phone rang. Today it switched to another person. Very frustrating!

Best AnswerFor about a month now my Fitbit charge 2 only shows one caller ID for example it tells me the last person who called over and over again unless I restart my phone. The texts are accurate but not calls.
I have a samsung J7 and the notifications have JUST started back up again after a year of the phone not being compatible. Let's get going fit bit. You have a good product , but you sure don't keep up with the glitches!!
