Caller ID showing previous caller's name

When I receive a phone call it used to display who was calling, now it displays the same contact all the time. So if My husband is calling me it says my mum's calling me on the fitbit. It's happened 3 times now. And not just with my husband calling. But always says mum's calling.

Didn't work. Downloaded file, file won't install. Why doesn't fitbit just fix it?

You need to set your phone so that it allows installation from "non-secure" sources.  Just google it.

Google recently bought fitbit. I'm guessing they stopped all development
until they sort out what that means for both companies. I could be wrong.
All I know is that I'm not buying a fitbit for my wife for Christmas and
this should have been an easy fix for fitbit. Too bad they lost my
business (not to say one fitibit is going to matter to their bottom line).

They need to redo their packaging so it doesn’t say identifies incoming calls. False advertising. I was going to get a versa, but I am not now. I pity the people buying them now and trying to figure out why it is not working.

Same problem, except I seem to show the previous number or a number from 1-3 calls prior.  I have the Fitbit Alta and the Samsung galaxy 10e

Only solution so far is to go back to app version 2.90.  This has been working for me for months now.
