When I receive a phone call it used to display who was calling, now it displays the same contact all the time. So if My husband is calling me it says my mum's calling me on the fitbit. It's happened 3 times now. And not just with my husband calling. But always says mum's calling.

I don't think Fitbit is getting the message, just like our devices. Maybe everyone should rate the app as 1 star and leave the reason. I did.

Why aren’t you fixing the problem? This is horrible customer service. Replace your IT people who can fix it. It has been months since it worked.

This issue is on going with no solution from September to now December. Changing from one up to an older one doe not correct this issue. Is Fitbit going to fix this problem? If not I'll switch to a different system.

Grantis, been using 2.9 app myself for several months. It's been working. I like what you are saying about 3.12.1 update. Just a little afraid to give it a try. Did you upgrade smoothly or did you have to do a lot of tweaking, like hard reset, clear cache etc.?

Wow! It seems to be working. After a simple update, without restart, finally I get real caller IDs.
It's a nice birthday present from fitbit. 🙂
