@Ellmox Welcome to the Community! Thank you for the troubleshooting that you've tried. I believe the tile is just hidden and that's why it's not showing anymore. Please go to the app > scroll down > you're going to see "show hidden" > tap on that and you should be able to see the tiles that have disappeared.
In case you're not seeing your tracker's picture or steps tile then that means that your tracker got unlinked from your account and that's why those aren't showing. Then you should do the set up procedure again.
