When I was looking over my Andriod app for the first time, I noticed that EVERY DAY before I received my blaze that it shows that I have burned 1,810 calories. I didn't even own it either. Can someone tell me how to make it all zero's up to the date that I started to use my new smart watch?
On the chart of the heart rate it shows zones (i.e. fat burn and cardio). When I put my finger on one of the lines it tells me the following "72 bpm, Out of Range, 3:10 pm". What does "Out of Range" mean?
I have one other question in references to this screen. Is there away of getting a print out of the date, time and what the bpm is, so that I can show it to my doctor.

Hello @timlab, its nice to see you have joined to the Fitbit Community. Let me help you with your questions so you can get the most of your Fitbit tracker.
About the calories, your account will calculate for each day your BMR. Your BMR is the rate at which you burn calories as a result of maintaining vital body functions. Usually accounts for at least half of the calories you burn in a day. Since this metric is based on your demographic information, so it will fill all your days with your calories due to BMR. This is for past dates before you got your tracker although this wont change any of your numbers or the accuracy of your tracker. This is an expected behavior of your Fitbit Dashboard.
About the heart rate graph when you see you are "Out of Range" is because your heart rate is not in the three heart rate zones that indicate exercise activity. There are three zones that will depends of the intensity of your exercise. You have from Fat Burn, Cardio Zone and Peak Zone which is the zone when you are more active and maintain the intensity of an exercise.
In this case is not possible to export your heart rate data. Is just possible to export basic information, but this option is only available through the web-Dashboard in the following link.

Hi there @timlab, please accept an apology for not being around. Yes, I see what you mean with your calories. Although this is a normal behavior with your Dashboard. The thing is that your Dashboard gives an average for your calories. This calories as I mentioned before are you BMR which is the amount of calories you burned daily, either if you do exercise or not. Since is the amount as a result of maintaining vital body functions
You see information prior to the date you paired tour tracker since your Dashboard needs to calculate your average, so for each previous date, it will automatically fill the information with a calorie amount of your BMR average.
For a different explanation the following post might be of your help too: Why does my tracker already show calories burned?
Let me know if you have additional questions.
