Camera not working on Fitbit app

When I try to post an activity using the camera button the app stops working.
This started when I changed my phone yesterday.
*Phone type - Infinix Hot9
*What Android version are you using? - Android 10

*Is your app up to date? - yes it is

*When did you first notice this? - yesterday after I changed my old phone.

 

Anything extra I need to do please?
