I've recently tried to connect my Alta HR with my Huawei P10 and it never goes through past the inputting of the 4-digit code. It's constantly trying to connect it never does. I've unsynced, restarted Bluetooth, uninstalled and rereinstall app. Restarted phone. And no success. Have recent updates in app been an issue? I had this connected and synced before.

Hello there @FASHIONIGHTS, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community! In this case the P10 is not listed as compatible, so the behavior of the app might not be as expected due to the app is not optimized to run with this phones. Since previous models of Huawei has shown issues with the Bluetooth connectivity with Fitbit keep in mind some feature may fail.
If the issue persists review these steps for more help. As a workaround if the issue continues, I suggest setting up via a device listed as supported or using a computer as an alternative. Once the tracker is paired you can log in using your phone.
