My app is up to date. Why can't I access the new Custom Challenge on my phone?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, seems odd that you're unable to access to the new Custom Challenge on the Fitbit app. To better assist you with this concern, can you please let me know which Android mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced such issue and how many times since then? What happens when you try to tap to the new Custom Challenge feature?
