Can't change profile picture

I can't change my profile pic and that's very annoying. I know how to change the profile pic. I know how. It's not letting me on the app or on the website

that doesn't fix that fact that I am tired of seeing the picture of when I was a fat person Id like to update it so my photo on my weekly progress report isnt crap. Fixit it google.

How ridiculous is it that I can't even go on a browser and change my profile picture? I'm willing to go the extra mile. This seems like an easy fix. Feeling like they aren't even trying to fix it at this point. Oh well. Good money, for a bad product. Tired, and ripped off again. Maybe I should go into business selling things for more than they are worth

I didn’t find a fix but I had to upgrade my phone as my old phone wasn’t holding a battery charge.  I can change my profile picture now ~ I had a Samsung Galaxy S10 and upgraded to a Galaxy S24 FE I know it’s not much help but it does work again
