So I've had issues with my new Sense and the Android app since I purchased it a few days ago. I was originally able to connect it to my S20 Ultra, but had syncing issues and was unable to access the free trial for premium, so I unpaired the Sense.
Now I can't pair them. I have the latest version of Android. This is beyond frustrating and I feel like I've wasted about $300.
Anyone know of any workarounds since it'll be 2030 before the S20s are supported? Thanks in advance.

works fine for me, i have a sense and the s20+ running oneui 3.0 and January patch
maybe you should take a step back and start from the beginning, remove the app and factory reset the sense.
initial setup took some time for me since the firmware download took a while, just make sure you have both the phone and the sense on a charger.

Hi @Drock76 your screen shot say that you should have a newer Fitbit app.
You do not pair the tracker to a phone, you setup a tracker to the Fitbit account.
The Fitbit app then pairs the tracker to the phone.
You say you un-paired the Sense, this tells me that you removed the tracker from the phones Bluetooth. Which is one of the steps to try with a sync issue.
However it sounds like the tracker was removed from your Fitbit account. The worse step a user can do with a sync issue.
In any case I would look at these sync tips.
