Can't get Zip to update to new software

Added an older Zip to my Fitbit app on my Moto X. Says it needs to update software but when I tap to update it says update incomplete. Help!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @abcrump Smiley Very Happy! Have you checked that your Fitbit app is up-to-date? If so, try doing the following:

 

  • Log out of your Fitbit App
  • Force quit the App
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit App
  • Set up your tracker again
