I just starting getting the message Connected GPS is Running and I can't get rid of the message. Found a topic from earlier this year, that the fix came in an update back in version 2. Anyone else having this issue?

I'm sorry to hear that you can't get rid of the message Connected GPS is Running. Thank you for trying to resolve the issue before contacting us.

 

If your Fitbit Versa is not showing any current activity running and the Fitbit app is telling you that there is a connected GPS activity running, please try logging out of the app to terminate the activity and then log back in. 

 

If this doesn't help, set up your Versa as a replacement watch by following the next steps:

 

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1572833802809.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
