Can't join activity group

I cannot join a group it is having me start all over as if I have not join the fitbit

Welcome to the Fitbit Forums @angelc! I'd like to know if you're referring to the Activity Groups? Are you getting any error? Could you please provide a screenshot of what you're seeing? Share the steps you're taking while Fitbit tells you to start all over. With that information it will be easier for me to share an accurate response to you.
