I'm also having the issue. Watch was not syncing today and tried everything to get it back. Eventually unpaired and reinstalled everything and now I can't even sign in to the app to set the watch up from scratch. Does not matter the network I'm on..

Same. I just wanted to add some activity for today and it wouldn't let me or sync. I tried to refresh, rebooted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled. Now I can't get in on the app at all. I followed all of the 'advice' and now I can't do anything. I wish we had gotten a notification or email letting us know, I wouldn't have signed out if I had known it was a problem.
The same. They better fix it soon!
Best AnswerYeah it's very frustrating... I did get google on the phone and they said there is currently an outage and to try again in 24 hours....
Who knows
Best AnswerIt's a huge fitbit outage. They better fix it soon. So frustrating!
Best AnswerSame. What an absolute joke.
I think the app is out for everyone. I hope they fix it soon.
I am having the same issue as of today. I switched to using a Google account about 3 days ago after getting a new phone. Everything was working fine and then my Aspire 2 stopped syncing this evening...despite my still receiving notifications from my phone for texts, calls, etc. Restarting the app, my phone and the fitbit itself didn't work. Switching between wifi and cellular data didn't work (I first noticed the issue while I was on cellular data). Uninstalling/reinstalling the fitbit app didn't work. My fitbit recently updated (~3 days ago after switching to Google account access). My new phone updated the day I received/activated it. I can't access my regular fitbit account anymore. Any other recommendations? I was using an older model Google Pixel and just upgraded to a newer Google Pixel.

I can't log in on the app it's not syncing and it's not registering on my Oppo Reno 8.
I have done the basic crud that this site said to do and it did not work.
So give me a new one or my money back you wanna be apple product.

same here... hey admin, when will this be resolve?
I am unable to login regardless of if WiFi is on or not. I switched my account months ago and haven't had any issues until today. I appreciate the advice. I've tried everything recommended in the app. It's disappointing as my fitbit app is connected to several other apps I use.
FINALLY I can post again. for now it seems to have been fixed at least for me. *Knocks on every piece of wood in the house.*
Best AnswerSame here, I couldn't sync again, had this issue back when I first upgraded to Android 14. Since it didn't show my scale, I figured I needed to sign out and back in but now I can't even sign in with my Google account and the fitbit login says I migrated so I can't sign in that way either 😞
