Hi all.
I just realized that I had my Galaxy Wearable app installed in my phone.
I had a gut feeling, so I uninstalled the Galaxy app, uninstalled my Fitbit app, re-installed the Fitbit app and now it's working just fine!
I hope this helps!!

same here... seems that the whole system is going down. First the android app stopped syncing well, then the desktop app, and now even the browser version. Anyone knows how is the company doing? This is a pure speculation, but I sense bad working conditions leading to crunches and shortage of employees. Hopefully things will get better.

Hi there, @Huskymomma. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post.
I recommend checking if you have turned on "Set automatically" for date and time on your phone: open your Android settings > tap General > tap Date & Time > and then toggle "Set Automatically" on. You can find additional tips for Android phones at What should I know about using the Fitbit app on my Android phone?
Have you tried to use another device to log in or a different WiFi? If the issue persists, try to force stop the Fitbit app on your phone: Settings > Applications > find the app > select it > select Force stop.
I've moved your post to the Android App board for organization purposes.
Hope this helps.
