Can't send screen shot though fitbit app chat

I have a issue on fitbit  chat on firbit app. The screen shot  when I click on camera  won't work.   The phone is samsung galaxy s21 fe 5g android 14 model  number  SM-G990u2.  This is been going  on for wallie now. I just update fitbit app to 4.12 version  still not working.
