Can't sync charge hr for 5 days now

Any suggestions, I have,tried all the troubleshooting. Still won't sync

Did the troubleshooting include restarting the fitbit using this procedure?

If so, how many times did you try it? It's known to not always work so it's worth trying it several times.

I have tried everything that the fit bit website suggested, this is getting rather fuatrating.

If you have tried multiple restarts and it's still not working then your best bet would be to contact customer support.
