I hv deleted my apps, reset my Bluetooth, reset my surge, restart my hp and still I cannot find the sync icon on the dashboard! I cannot sync my exercise, cannot set alarm.
Please advise.

Click Account icon - top right of phone dashboard, click the device you want to sync, click Sync Now.
Or simply pull down on main dashboard screen until it displays "Release to Sync"

I did not say anything about a sync icon on top. I said click the Account icon on top.

You need to be more specific.... are you trying to sync through a phone or PC? At the top right of both of those is a little symbol that looks kinda like a piece of toast, that takes you to the syncing screen. In the phone app you can just pull down on the main screen and it will sync..... easy peasy 😋
