The app only works in the first time I downloaded it.
I tried to re-install which is the same, it can only be opened for the first time.
If I quit the app, it won't be able to let me use it again.
Would you be able to fix it or let me know what to do?

Hi, @Melonxixi , this sounds like an issue with your phone rather than Fitbit. I would recommend deleting the app and then restarting your phone. Once your phone has restarted, please download the app again, making sure that you are downloading the official Fitbit app, latest version. Hopefully that will fix your issue.
