Cannot pair S5 with Charge 3

I have a Samsung s5 and have bought a fitbit charge 3 but although I have downloaded the app and been verified, my bluetooth says it cannot connect.

Help please before the phone, fitbit or both go flying out of the Room

The first thing I'd recommend is that you try to follow the steps listed in this help article. Please try going through all of them correctly.

 

In the meantime I'd like to ask some questions:

  • What Android version are you running on your phone?
  • Do you get any error message? If so, what does it say?
