I am unable to sync my Fitbit with my android phone to get correct time

The usual things I try when I get syncing issues are:

 

If none of those ideas work for you then it’s probably best to contact customer support via: contact.fitbit.com

thanks but none of that worked, the main issue is the time is always wrong.  I tried all the time zone tricks and still nothing so now I have a versa just sitting on my night stand
