Challenge steps incorrect

I am in a workweek hustle and only approx 10% of my steps have registered in the challenge.

1593 is what I am on presently, however yesterday's total was 5074 and I'm on 4783 for today.

My flex battery is fully charged and syncing properly, I'm in a time zone that is half an hour behind that of the challenge creator.

Assistance would be appreciated.

@Robdoggz At this time only steps from your tracker or MobileTrack count towards a challenge. That means manually logged activities and activities tracked through any third-party apps aren't included in your challenge total. I don't think I said anywhere that I was manually logging steps. I'll check the article anyway.

@ErickFitbit Okay the "detailed help" told me nothing new and wasn't helpful.

Where are my other replies on this thread that showed the additional info on exactly how inaccurate my steps steps versus those synced from my fitbit are?
