Change Format of Fitbit's Screen

Is it possible to change the format of my screen on my fitbit?

Like a different way of display time etc.

I followed the instructions. There is no pick for clock faces?

Is there such a pick for the Versa model?

I had a long talk today with United Healthcare about my fitbit account.

It seems that I have two accounts which may explain some of the problems I am having.

I will be getting a call from my UHC coach on the 25th.

They will merge my 2 accounts.
