Change e-mail and password

Hope some one can help, when I set my fitbit up charge 2 I entered my email address wrong and can't change unless have password, and I've forgotten password. What do i do can't find anything that helps,  seems can't change unless email valid, and it's not so how can I change both please

Hello @Heather1978, it's good to see you around in the forums for the first time. Sorry for the late reply. 

 

Thank you for all the details provided regarding the e-mail address and password of your account. It's usually very simple just to change the password, but since the e-mail address is also different in this case, this would need to be handled by the Support team. 

 

I've sent your information to Customer Support for further assistance with this, but was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them. I hope everything goes well.
