My Charge 2 has stopped registering floors.

I re synced yesterday and thought it would fix it but it still isn't working

Your Charge 2 tracks floors by detecting changes in air pressure through a small hole in the back of the tracker. If this hole becomes blocked it can cause this problem. It's worth trying a gentle clean using an old toothbrush or, if you have one, a can of pressurised air.

Thank you!

 

Just gave it a clean with a toothbrush and have blown into the hole in case there was anything loose but it's still not working. 

I'll give it another try in a couple of days and hopefully it will work
