My fitbit Charge 2 stopped syncing yesterday... I already tried all the steps as indicated in previous issues... how do we fix this? I also tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it. nothing worked. Thanks.

Mine hasn't synced in a month and back then I had to unistall and reinstall, but it still only worked the one time. What am I supposed to do? I've jumped thru all the hoops to make it work. Can someone recommend a new brand because I'm not spending another $150.
